FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I get a tattoo of your artwork?

If there is an artwork of mine that you would like to use as reference for a tattoo, all I ask is that you first purchase the artwork from me directly. This way, not only are you supporting me as the artist and original creator, but you will also have a physical piece for your tattoo artist to use as reference. Please do not download any image files or print them out on your own accord.

Can I use your artwork for a personal project?

Regardless of whether you're an individual or a business owner, you cannot use my artwork without my permission. I consider this theft and have no problem pursuing legal action. If you wish to use my artwork in a legal and appropriate manner, please review the "freelance" section under the "inquire" page of my website and get in touch with me via email.

What I received is not what I ordered, what should I do?

If you are either missing items or received the wrong items, please email me with your order number and a description of what is wrong and I will promptly make make it right.

My artwork arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your artwork was damaged in the shipping process, please send me an email with photos of the damage and I will be sure to get a new order in the mail to you as quickly as possible.

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address on my order, how can I change this?

If you realize that you put in the wrong shipping address for your order, please let me know as quickly as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, I will be able to change the shipping address without any problems. If the order has already been shipped, there is unfortunately nothing I can do. If the order is returned to me, I am happy to put it back in the mail to the correct address, otherwise, a new order may need to be made at the customers expense.
