Application instructions: For best results, make sure that the surface you are applying the decal is completely clean and dry. Apply to smooth surfaces for maximum longevity. Avoid applying decals to porous surfaces as air can be trapped under the decal, which can allow dirt and water in and compromise its adhesion. Once you have applied the decal to a surface, take the backing paper and rub down the entire decal firmly with your thumb or palm, moving any trapped air bubbles to the edges. |

These are beautiful vinyl stickers, they last a long, long time, unfortunately, my most recent purchase – which was well over $30 – felt quite a bit more flimsy than previous stickers and it tore. I reached out to Casey Underwood and didn’t get a response for quite a while, then I was asked to take some pictures of the tear and I felt like I was being challenged, so I figured: to heck with it, I’ll leave the torn sticker as is and I probably won’t purchase anymore. Understand, when you peel the stickers from their backing, you have to be very careful as they will tear where the body meets the pectoral fin.
Hey Justin, Thanks for the review. I can assure you that the material has not changed. I have always used the highest quality 3M vinyl for my XL Decals. The same material used for boat wraps. I apologize that you felt challenged when I asked for a photo of the torn decal... The reason I wanted the photo was so that I could pass it along to my manufacturer in order to help improve the product. We are still more than happy to ship you a replacement for the one that tore. Beautiful….I have one on the front & back of my caravan.
I only received half of my order.i ordered two of the large decals. One was of a Reainow Trout in breeding colors.
I did’t get this one. Will you please check on my order, I have never had any problems in my past orders
